	Our Leadership Gemma R. Ferguson – Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer Gemma currently works for the New York City Public School system. After graduating cum laude from Columbia University, Gemma decided to forego medical school to pursue her real passion for education. Recognizing the importance of parental involvement, Gemma co-founded LuckyTutors to provide parents with a reliable resource that helps their children achieve academic success. From experience as a student at two of New York’s most prestigious independent schools, a babysitter for almost 10 years, and a tutor during college, Gemma realizes the importance of quality teaching and tutoring. She is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science in Literacy Education. Henry Stanley, Jr. – Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer Henry currently serves as an analyst for a leading financial services firm in New York City. He initially joined the LuckyTutors team to help ensure that our services are delivered to you with the highest quality grade.
